Debbie Bunka

Debbie Bunka is a clinical pharmacist and academic detailer with RxFiles, dedicated to supporting optimal prescribing in primary care. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, she began her career in hospital pharmacy before leading an academic detailing service in Calgary, Alberta. She joined the RxFiles team in 2010 and focused on long-term care with the Geri-RxFiles resource between 2013 – 2018. Since then, she has provided detailing outreach in many therapeutic areas to prescribers in Regina and surrounding areas. Debbie brings broad clinical experience from hospital, community, and specialized clinics, and currently works part-time with the Academic Family Medicine Unit in Regina.
